Customized Mechanics and Training Series

Over the course of 4 years, I wrote 21 articles about this series.  This is where you can find all of the articles in one place.

The goal that I set out was to look at many of the physical variables that can contribute to throwing velocity and explore each one in-depth.  By doing so my hope is to gain a greater understanding of how these variables work together so that I can understand how athletes with different athletic attributes and physical abilities can achieve the same goal, throwing really hard.

This first article sets the stage of what I am trying to accomplish with this series and why.:

Lateral Power – a KPI (key performance indicator) for throwing velocity)

Deceleration – how
